Song Letters

What Are Song Letters?

A Limited Seasonal Offering

There are certain stories in our lives that deserve more than a card.

A parent who shaped you.

A marriage that endured.

A life that left its mark.

This spring, I’m opening two private writing spaces to carry a story like that into song; a song written to honor a life, a love, or a legacy.

For more than 27 years, I’ve written songs for records, stage, and screen. A small number of times each year, I open space to write privately — carrying someone’s story into music with the same care and crafts I bring to my own work, or composing for Netflix.

Who This is For

You might consider this if:

  • Your parents’ anniversary is coming up and you want to say something lasting.

  • You’ve lost someone and want their memory and legacy set to music.

  • A milestone birthday deserves more than a toast.

  • There’s a story in your family that should not be forgotten.

What You Receive

Expect a 3-4 minute acoustic led song, recorded with the same care I bring to my own releases.

  • One original 3-4 minute composition

  • Professionally recorded acoustic or piano demo

  • Designed lyric sheet (PDF)

  • A physical printed lyric sheet, suitable for framing

  • A brief personalized video message from me
